New Beginners Course

We will be holding an Adult New Beginners Course starting in September 2017.  This will be a ten week course held on a Monday evening and if you join in, we hope that you can attend as many sessions as possible, as this will be progressive – taking you from the couch to 5k over the duration of the course. A qualified leader in Running and Fitness will be assisted by a variety of club members, so as well as becoming a runner you will get to know some club runners too.

The cost of the course will include club membership until the end of March 2018 so we hope that you will continue to run with us as fully fledged members when you have completed the course. It’s a lot of fun and we’ll guide you all the way. All you need is a pair of running trainers and some comfortable clothes – but be warned, the rain doesn’t put us off!
